Feature history

Features rebuild in order from your sketch.

Named parameters

Enter a value or formula, such as width / 2 - clearance. Use names, numbers, + - * / and parentheses. Arithmetic uses numeric millimetre values; results are millimetres. Unit suffixes and functions are not supported.

Sketch work plane

Sketch X/Y and all feature directions are local to this plane. Rotate around world X, then Y, then Z; finally move the origin.

Bodies & booleans

Each source body keeps its own dimensions and placement. Operations run after the source histories; a split result stays together as one target group. Overlapping bodies count separately until combined.

Sketch sections

Sections are independent sketches positioned relative to the base sketch. Loft openings correspond by their list order.

TOOL OPTIONS

Sketch

Create a polygon, or start with a dimensioned rectangle or circle.

Fix a point to hold its coordinates. Dimensions control the other points. “Fix coordinates” is available for profiles without constraints.

Arcs & mixed profiles

Create an arc from a centre and two endpoints. Add radius and point constraints to define it. Arc direction is counterclockwise from start to end.

Build a closed path from lines and connected arcs. The last segment must return to the start.

Profile openings

Openings must stay inside the outer profile without touching each other. Circle positions use the centre; rectangles use the lower-left corner.

Removing an opening keeps its sketch geometry and dimensions.
